Refund/cancellation policy

1. Rescheduling Policy: Clients may reschedule their appointment up to 1 hour before the session starts without any additional fees or penalties.

2. Cancellation Policy for Ad-Hoc Coaching Sessions: Clients are allowed to cancel their ad-hoc coaching session up to 12 hours before its scheduled start time. If cancellation occurs later than this window, the client will incur a charge equivalent to the full session fee.

3. Refund Policy for 8-Week 1:1 HA Recovery Program: Clients who decide to withdraw from the 8-week 1:1 HA Recovery Program within one week after purchase are entitled to a full refund of their payment. Withdrawal requests made after this one-week period will not be eligible for a refund.

Fulfillment/shipping policy

We do not provide physical products or shipping services as part of our coaching sessions. Our services are conducted entirely online. Upon booking a coaching session, clients will receive confirmation via email along with any necessary details or instructions for accessing the session.
