In the first Ad Hoc Consultation we look at your background, we map your current situation in terms of nutrition, exercise, stress and other factors. After that I help you create an actionable plan, the time frame may vary depending individual factors. It could be one single Ad Hoc Consultation is enough for you. But most of my clients wish for further support along the way.

Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling Policy: Clients may reschedule their appointment up to 1 hour before the session starts without any additional fees or penalties. Cancellation Policy for Ad-Hoc Coaching Sessions: Clients are allowed to cancel their ad-hoc coaching session up to 12 hours before its scheduled start time. If cancellation occurs later than this window, the client will incur a charge equivalent to the full session fee. Refund Policy for 8-Week 1:1 HA Recovery Program: Clients who decide to withdraw from the 8-week 1:1 HA Recovery Program within one week after purchase are entitled to a full refund of their payment. Withdrawal requests made after this one-week period will not be eligible for a refund. This revised policy aims to provide clear guidelines for rescheduling, cancellation, and refunds, ensuring transparency and fairness for all clients.
