No-Roll Chickpea Three Ingredient Pie Crust

Pie is a perfect dinner to make if you have leftovers in the form of minced meat, vegetables, mushrooms, pasta or something else. This pie crust with chickpeas as a base is super easy to make as you only need three ingredients.


  • 3 deciliters of chickpeas

  • 3 tablespoons flour (I usually use whole wheat flour)

  • 2 tablespoons of oil (I usually use rapeseed or coconut oil)

  • salt


  1. Set the oven to 100°.

  2. Mix all the ingredients in a food processor until you get a smooth dough

  3. Press the dough into a pie mold (preferably silicone)

  4. Prick with a fork

  5. Pre-bake in the oven for around 20 minutes

  6. Ready to be filled with any filling!
