No-Roll Chickpea Three Ingredient Pie Crust
Pie is a perfect dinner to make if you have leftovers in the form of minced meat, vegetables, mushrooms, pasta or something else. This pie crust with chickpeas as a base is super easy to make as you only need three ingredients.
3 deciliters of chickpeas
3 tablespoons flour (I usually use whole wheat flour)
2 tablespoons of oil (I usually use rapeseed or coconut oil)
Set the oven to 100°.
Mix all the ingredients in a food processor until you get a smooth dough
Press the dough into a pie mold (preferably silicone)
Prick with a fork
Pre-bake in the oven for around 20 minutes
Ready to be filled with any filling!
