No-Baking Energy Bars With Chocolate Or Coconut

These no-baking energy bars are easy to make, delicious and perfect to grab on the run. You can flavor them with wither Coconut or Chocolate.


  • 3 deciliter almond flour or ground almonds

  • 2 deciliter nuts (almonds, cashews, walnuts, completely up to you)

  • 9-10 dates

  • 3 tablespoons cocoa or coconut flakes

  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil

  • Salt


  1. Mix all ingredients in a food processor.

  2. Press the dough into a square shape lined with baking paper.

  3. Divide into squares or bars.

  4. Place in the freezer.

  5. Take out piece by piece and Enjoy!
