No-Baking Energy Bars With Chocolate Or Coconut
These no-baking energy bars are easy to make, delicious and perfect to grab on the run. You can flavor them with wither Coconut or Chocolate.
3 deciliter almond flour or ground almonds
2 deciliter nuts (almonds, cashews, walnuts, completely up to you)
3 tablespoons cocoa or coconut flakes
2 tablespoons maple syrup
2 tablespoons coconut oil
Mix all ingredients in a food processor.
Press the dough into a square shape lined with baking paper.
Divide into squares or bars.
Place in the freezer.
Take out piece by piece and Enjoy!
