No Bake Swedish Chocolate Oatmeal Balls
These chocolate oatmeal bolls are the first sweet a Swede bakes as a child because they are done without cutting or heating. They are hence very quick and easy to make.
3 deciliters oatmeal
100 g room temperature butter
0.5 deciliter caster sugar
2 tablespoons of cocoa
1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
2 tablespoons cold coffee
Mix butter and sugar until smooth (easiest with your hands).
Add sugar, cocoa, vanilla sugar and coffee and stir together into a dough.
Form small balls and roll them in the coconut flakes.
Put them in the fridge for about 30 minutes before you serve them
